Selehold is a topical monthly treatment for dogs that protects against various parasites that cause infections internally and externally. Popular as generic to Revolution due to its identical composition (selamectin), Selehold provides comprehensive protection for a complete month.
The topical treatment for dogs works on both endoparasites as well as ectoparasites while offering all-round protection for a complete month. When applied topically, Selehold treats fleas and biting lice, controls tick infections, prevents re-infestation of fleas by eliminating eggs and larvae. This easy-to-use spot-on formula prevents heartworm disease, treats intestinal roundworms, ear mites and sarcoptic mange in 6 weeks and older puppies and dogs. Selehold topical treatment for dogs is safe for pregnant, breeding, and lactating dogs and is ideal to use on ivermectin-sensitive collies.
How it works?
Selamectin is the active component of Selehold. After application, selamectin enters the bloodstream through the animal's skin, preventing heartworm illness and intestinal worms. The formula selectively redistributes to the skin from the blood to offer protection against fleas and mites.

- Unpack Selehold
- Hold the tube upright and uncap the dose.
- Part dog's fur at the base of the neck between the shoulder blades.
- Place the tube in one spot and empty the whole liquid content on the skin, avoiding contact with dog's eyes.

- Choose an appropriate Seleholddose depending on dog's weight.
- Repeat and continue with the dose at four-week intervals or as directed by the veterinarian.
- Avoid use in underweight dogs or dogs with other illnesses
- Do not use on selamectin hypersensitive dogs
- Do not allow treated pet to swim or bath immediately after dosing
- Avoid contact with eyes, if accidental contact occurs, wash eyes thoroughly with water
