Avitrol Plus Wormer Tablets for Birds
Avitrol Plus is an easy-to-administer, highly effective worm treatment for birds. This broad-spectrum formula is indicated to control various worm infections caused by roundworms, threadworms, caecal worms, gape worms, gizzard worms and tapeworms. This treatment comes in a convenient tablet form and is suitable for use in racing pigeons and caged birds.
How it works?
Avitrol Plus for birds contains Praziquantel and Levamisole Hydrochloride. This unique combination of parasiticides attacks various worms including thread, caecal, round, Gape, gizzard and tapeWorms in caged birds and racing pigeons and delivers optimum worm protection.
Ingredients:
Praziquantel, Levamisole Hydrochloride
- Talk to a vet before using.
- Measure your pet's weight for correct dosing.
- Avitrol Plus should be given orally, directly into the throat ensuring the entire tablet is taken.
- Do not feed 24 hours before and 3 hours after the treatment.

- For use in birds only.
- Avoid feeding birds 24 hours before and 3 hours after treating with Avitrol Plus.
- It is recommended to treat all birds in the same cage at the same time.
- Clean the cage regularly.
- Do not use in Gouldian Finches and birds with levamisole sensitivity.
- Do not use in stressed or unwell birds or birds feeding young.
- Use in cooler weather for optimum results.
